If you do get shampoo in your dog’s eye, flush the eye with warm water immediately. If any symptoms of eye swelling are visible, be sure to consult your veterinarian.

Is it necessary to use a conditioner after shampooing the coat?

You don't have to use a conditioner in conjunction with a shampoo, but we highly recommend it for the best results! Isle of Dogs conditioners help detangle and soften the coat – making brushing and drying easier.

My dog has sensitive skin. What products should I use?

If your dog has sensitive skin, we recommend Everyday NaturaLuxury Silky Oatmeal Shampoo and Conditioner– the mild formula gently cleanses and moisturizes. Please note, many of our products are gentle on the skin and coat.

How should I store my Isle of Dogs products?

Please keep products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. Do not leave in windowsills or confined areas that may get hot or freeze.

Regular grooming and bathing of your dog is essential to skin and coat health. Some dogs will require more frequent bathing based on how dirty they are or depending on the breed and coat type. You can bathe your dog weekly if they need it.
